‘India’s message of peace’: Kiren Rijiju takes Lord Buddha’s relics to Mongolia

- In a special gesture, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju arrived in Mongolia with the holy relics of Lord Buddha for an 11-day exposition. The sacred relics will be displayed as part of the Mongolian Buddha Purnima celebrations that fall on Tuesday. Before leaving for Mongolia, Rijiju said that the move will send a message of peace to the world. The Modi government gave permission for the relics to be taken out of India at the request of the Mongolian government. Watch this video to know more.
