India’s private firm Solar Defence & Aerospace has unveiled an indigenous AIR BOMB 125KG precision-guided munition developed for multiple Indian Air Force aircraft under the Make‑II category of DAP‑2020, designed as a “universal” 125‑kg class bomb compatible with both Western (NATO‑standard) and Russian-origin fighter platforms. Reports say the bomb has two main warhead options—pre‑fragmentation and blast‑fragmentation—and it has completed user trials on Mirage‑2000 and fitment/integration trials on Su‑30MKI and Jaguar, paving the way for further user trials and potential induction by end‑2026.
