The Kremlin says Russian President Vladimir Putin held a 55-minute phone call with President Donald Trump on June 14, describing the exchange as friendly, frank, and focused on both personal congratulations and major international issues. Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said Putin praised Trump’s “fighting qualities,” discussed the reported U.S.-Iran memorandum, and touched on the future of U.S.-Russia relations.
