NATO nation Italy has opposed the idea of sending NATO troops to Ukraine amid the ongoing war. Italian Defense minister said France & Poland have no right to speak for all NATO members. Guido Crosetto warned that such a deployment would further escalate Russia-Ukraine tensions. He said the move could hinder diplomatic efforts to end hostilities between Moscow & Kyiv.
