Kejriwal said they're drafting a proposal which will be placed in front of the SC regarding measures to curb the pollution. He warned if the situation worsens further in the capital, his government will stop construction & vehicular movement. Pollution situation in Delhi-NCR turned severe after Diwali & was further aggravated by stubble burning. Due to the worsening situation, the central pollution control board advised people not to venture outdoors.
