Guinness World Record by Indian Army's BRO for highest motorable road

The Indian Army's Border Roads Organisation (BRO) set a Guinness World Record for constructing and black-topping the world's highest motorable road. The road has been constructed at an altitude of 19,024 feet at Umling La Pass in Ladakh. Union minister for road transport and highways, Nitin Gadkari, congratulated the agency for the feat. The road will reportedly be more challenging for drivers than the Khardung La Pass. Watch the full video for more.
