India to get new Chief of Defense Staff; Here's what Rajnath Singh said

- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has announced that the appointment of the next Chief of Defence Staff will be made soon. The government has already initiated the process of selecting new CDS. Last week, the govt had amended Army, Air Force and Navy acts. The post of Chief of Defence Staff has been lying vacant since the death of General Bipin Rawat in December last year. He took charge as India's first Chief of Defence Staff on January 1, 2020. Watch this video to know more.
