India sent a direct message to Taliban on terrorism emanating or being sheltered in Afghanistan. India's permanent representative at United Nations, Ruchira Kamboj, reiterated the UN resolution and said that it must be ensured that Afghan soil isn't used for sheltering, planning or financing terrorism. India also strongly condemned terrorist attacks on places of worship of minority community and Russian embassy in Kabul. "Our approach to Afghanistan as always will be guided by our historical friendship and our special relationship with the people of Afghanistan," said Ruchira Kamboj.
