India-UAE CEP deal to drive non-oil trade to $100 bn in 5 yrs: Minister AL Marri

The free trade agreement between India and the UAE is sailing smoothly. UAE Economy Minister Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri spoke to Hindustan Times on the deal. The Minister said that this deal is expected to drive non-oil trade to $100 billion in five years. The UAE Economy Minister also called it a 'bold new foreign trade policy'. The agreement which gives zero duty access to 90% products from India came into effect just months ago. UAE has also signed the landmark free trade deal with Israel. According to the UAE Minister Al Marri the free trade pacts with both India, Israel to help tripartite cooperation between the countries. Watch this report to know more.
