Pakistan has decided to stay away from Shanghai cooperation organisation (SCO) meet in New Delhi under the chairmanship of India. The meeting comes at a time when India is the chair of the grouping and as protocol has extended invite to all the members of the grouping. The 20-year-old group has members from Russia, India, China, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.
