Shah Rukh Khan-starrer 'Pathaan' has broken many records at the box office. Now, the film gets praised in Parliament by Trinamool Congress MP Derek O'Brien. During his speech in the Rajya Sabha, Derek O'Brien lauded Shah Rukh and the entire film crew by saying 'Pathaan did what no party could do.' Shah Rukh Khan was described as 'India's biggest global ambassador' by TMC MP in the Rajya Sabha. Shah Rukh Khan’s actioner, which faced protests and boycott calls before its release, has crossed ₹850 crore mark and entered list of 2023’s top 5 films worldwide.
