Prime Minister NArendra Modi is chaired a high-level meeting in New Delhi after an Indian student, Naveen, was killed in Ukraine. PM Modi also spoke to the father of the slain student to express his condolences to the bereaved. The Indian student was killed in Kharkiv in Ukraine today and has become the first Indian national to have died in the Ukraine war. Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai has appealed to Centre to facilitate the return of slain student's mortal remains while Rahul Gandhi has called on Modi govt to devise a strategic plan to bring back stranded Indians.
