PM Modi offers prayers at Kashi Vishwanath temple in Varanasi ahead of Ganga expressway inauguration

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi, where he offered prayers and took part in traditional rituals. Tight security arrangements were put in place around the temple premises during the visit. The Prime Minister was also seen interacting warmly with young devotees present at the shrine. The visit holds significance as it comes ahead of the inauguration of the 594-km-long Ganga Expressway. PM Modi is also set to lay the foundation stone of multiple development projects worth ₹6,350 crore.
