Russia gives India tips to tame West-imposed price cap on crude oil, wants New Delhi to do this

Russia has offered India help to overcome the price cap imposed by the West on Russian crude oil. The Russian Embassy in New Delhi issued a statement saying that Russian Deputy PM Novak Alexander offered India cooperation on leasing and building large-capacity ships that can help it to not depend on the ban on insurance services and tanker chartering in the European Union and Britain.
