PM Narendra Modi delivered a strong message on terrorism at the SCO Summit in Bishkek, calling for the dismantling of the entire ecosystem of terrorism, including its financing, recruitment, radicalisation and safe havens. With Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif present, Modi also urged the SCO to reject double standards and send a clear message to countries that use terrorism as an instrument of policy.
