Putin aide says 'unable to achieve victories,' Kyiv uses western arms for terrorist war on civilians

Russian Foreign Ministry ambassador‑at‑large Rodion Miroshnik accuses Ukraine of shifting Western‑supplied weapons from the battlefield to a “terrorist war,” alleging that a serious strike on the Azov Sea resort town of Kirillovka during peak holiday season deliberately targeted civilians, including children, and constitutes a war crime; he says Ukraine’s new commander‑in‑chief Mykhailo Drapatyi is continuing Oleksandr Syrskyi’s policy of striking civilian and industrial infrastructure, and warns that states supplying arms and political cover to President Volodymyr Zelensky’s “dictatorial regime” are direct accomplices who must repent, as Russia prepares photo, video and documentary material for bodies such as the UN Security Council and OSCE to argue that marketplace and warehouse strikes are aimed at making life unbearable for civilians rather than hitting legitimate military targets.
