Russia's Federal Security Service claimed to have foiled a terrorist plot on July 19. FSB said it detained a man suspected of targeting a bus terminal in the city of Essentuki. The Russian agency claimed the man, a migrant from Central Asia, is a member of terror group ISIS. Watch for more.
