Rajya Sabha MPs were in splits after Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge asked fellow Congress leader Rajeev Shukla, who crossed him, where he was headed to. Interrupting Kharge, Rajya Sabha chairman, who was cracking at the developments, jokingly said, “Touching this is also a breaking of rules”.
