I want to improve my timing but not for medals: Hima Das at HTLS 2018

On the second day of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2018, sprint sensation Hima Das said that she wants to improve her timing for herself, not for medals. She said that she has only ever run for timing and not for the medals and accolades. She said that each practice session is dedicated to improving her timing and getting a lower time than the last time. Das said that as her father also played football, the environment at home was very supportive toward pursuing a career in sports.
