She has filed a case of domestic violence against Shami in Kolkata's Alipore Court. She has also sought maintenance from Shami. Earlier Jahan had alleged that Shami abused her physically and mentally and that he was also involved in several extra-marital affairs. Shami has rejected all allegations. Shami is with the Delhi Daredevils and has started training with the team. Hehas been given a Grade 'B' annual contract, which will make him richer by Rs 3 crore. With the new case being filed, the Devils management will surely be worried of its effect on the cricketer.
