Mithali Raj-Ramesh Powar controversy: All you need to know about the ongoing feud

In a fiery letter to the BCCI CEO Rahul Johri and BCCI General manager Saba Karim, which was leaked to the media, Mithali Raj said she felt deflated, depressed and let down after being left out of the eleven for the World T20 semi-final against England. She accused coach Powar of 'humiliating' her and also accused BCCI CoA member Diana Edulji of 'using her position' to plot against Mithali.

However, Powar hit back with an email stating Mithali should stop “blackmailing and pressurising” coaches.
