Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik awarded cheques of Rs 1 Crore to Asian Games winners

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik awarded cheques of Rs 1 Crore each to four players from Odisha who were members of silver medal winning Women's Hockey Team in Asian Games 2018. He also presented 50 Lakh each to two players of bronze medal winning Men's Hockey Team. Indian women hockey team bagged silver medal at the 18th Asian Games 2018. Indian Men hockey team settled for bronze at the 18th Asian Games at Jakarta. The Indian women's hockey team reached the finals of Asian Games after 20 years.
