Shoaib Akhtar walks off TV show after host 'insults' him; tweets clarification

Former Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Akhtar was embroiled in a fresh controversy. Akhtar walked out of a TV show following disagreements with the host Nauman Niaz. During the T20 World Cup show, Akhtar said he ‘resigned’ as a cricket analyst of the channel & walked off. It all began when Akhtar was asked whether Pakistan made a mess of the chase against NZ. Akhtar ignored the line of questioning by the host, and decided to talk about pacer Haris Rauf. Annoyed with Akhtar, Nauman called him ‘rude’ and said he was ‘free to go’ if he wants to.
