The Indigo crisis deepens even as the airline’s top leadership scrambles to regain public trust. In a new video message, IndiGo Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director Vikram Singh Mehta has publicly apologised for the massive flight cancellations, delays and thousands of stranded passengers that have plagued India’s largest airline over the past week. Mehta also addressed allegations that the airline purposely engineered the chaos over the past week. Watch his remarks here.
