Ukraine Behind Moscow Attack? Russia’s Shocking Claim As Toll Rises To 143: ‘Terrorists Had…’

Russia has claimed that the Moscow mall attackers “had contacts” in Ukraine and were trying to flee there after the deadly terror attack which has so far killed more than 140 people. Ukraine, however, has denied its involvement, saying Kyiv fights war only on the battlefield. The United States, however, is unsure about Ukraine’s involvement and urged everyone to refrain from linking Kyiv to the Moscow terror attack.
