Ukraine 'War Bonds' to raise funds for army; Russia bans foreign cash transfers

The invasion by Russian Forces escalates, Ukraine is working on issuing War Bonds to fund its Armed Forces. In a bid to beef up the military, Ukraine's govt will raise money for the army through the sale of War Bonds. There has been a sharp dip in the prices of Ukraine's bonds, leading to fears of debt default.
