US aircraft downed near Bushehr N-plant, developed by Iran, Russia; Putin angry after Trump's gamble?

Fresh tensions around the Persian Gulf have reignited after Iran claimed it shot down a trespassing American aircraft near the strategically sensitive Bushehr nuclear region. Tehran’s media projected the incident as another direct confrontation with Washington at a time when fragile ceasefire negotiations remain uncertain and military pressure continues building around the Strait of Hormuz. Iranian state-linked outlets, including Tasnim and Fars News Agency, claimed the country’s integrated air defense systems intercepted a U.S. drone operating near Bushehr province on May 29. According to Iranian reports, missile systems stationed near Jam and Kangan were activated after the aircraft allegedly violated Iranian airspace close to critical nuclear infrastructure.
