Amid tension, some progress in salvaging nuclear deal, but Iran wants more

Iranian deputy foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi said Iran had a 'positive and constructive meeting' with European nations in Vienna. He also added that a step forward had been taken, but more was needed. European nations are trying to salvage the nuclear deal which US pulled out of unilaterally. Iran has threatened to enrich uranium in excess of the limits prescribed in the deal. Meanwhile, the Chinese representative at the meeting Fu Cong said, “all countries have expressed their regret on the US unilateral withdrawal and the imposition of sanctions.”
