Russian President Vladimir Putin has called off the Black Sea grain deal. The decision to terminate the deal came hours after an attack on Crimea's Kerch Bridge. However, the Kremlin said the decision to end the deal was not related to the attack. Russia said Black Sea agreements concerning Russia had not been implemented so far. Moscow says it would return to the table as soon as the Russian part of the agreement is fulfilled. Watch this video for details.
