Balochistan on the verge of starvation? Pak govt alerted as restive Province runs out of wheat

Pakistan's Balochistan province has run out of wheat amid the shortage of the commodity across the country. The Balochistan government claimed that despite sending an SOS to the federal government and the provincial governments of Punjab and Sindh, no consignment of wheat has reached the province. Balochistan Food Minister Zamarak Khan Piralizai said that the province needs 600,000 bags of wheat on an emergency basis, otherwise the situation will get worse.
