Cornered Israel's 1st Response To UNSC Gaza Ceasefire Move: Gallant Threat; Netanyahu Scraps US Plan

Soon after the United Nations Security Council passed a resolution demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza for Ramadan, and the immediate release of all hostages, the Israeli government issued an angry response. Apparently abandoned by its biggest ally USA, Israel appeared defiant. The country's defense minister issued a clear message, while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu cancelled his team's trip to the US to discuss alternatives to a major ground invasion in Gaza's Rafah city.
