Drone explosion hits Russia's Black Sea fleet HQ in Crimea

- An explosive device carried by a makeshift drone blew up at Russia's Black Sea fleet headquarters. 6 Russians are left injured in Sevastopol in the Crimean peninsula. The incident prompted the cancellation of ceremonies honouring Russia's Navy. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the explosion at the Naval HQ.
