EU Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell has made a provocative statement against Russia. In an interview with El Pais, Josep Borrell called Russia an economic dwarf and a weak country." The EU Foreign Policy Chief said that Russia is a "gas pump with an atomic bomb." Moscow has warned the West against "constant triggers" amid the Ukraine war. Russia threatened NATO and the EU not to underestimate Moscow's "resolve."
