Pakistan's worsening economic crisis could trigger an aviation crisis soon. According to a Financial Times report, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) said it is facing major challenges in serving Pakistan as the cash-strapped nation is struggling to repatriate its dues, which is paid in dollars. The report says the global air transport body is facing troubles recovering its money from Pakistan. Islamabad is battling a major balance of payments crisis with fast-depleting foreign exchange reserves.
