I.M. Pei, the architect who designed Louvre Pyramid, dies at 102. His death was confirmed by a spokesman at his New York architecture firm. Pei's works added elegance to landscapes worldwide with their powerful geometric shapes. His work earned the 1983 Pritzker Prize, considered architecture's Nobel.
