- Despite the war in Ukraine, Putin has offered to mediate in the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict. Putin said Russia has enough resources to broker peace between the two countries after its deadliest clash since 2020. The Russian President said that the conflict has remained localised under its influence and hoped that this continues to be the case. Although ceasefire has been declared, tensions remain in the region.
