Days after Russia was able to crush the Wagner mutiny, NATO Chief Jens Stoltenberg has said members must not underestimate Russia. The bloc’s Secretary-General said that all efforts are focused on aiding Ukraine as it continues its counteroffensive campaign against Russia. He linked Kyiv's counteroffensive success to the war-torn country's bid to join NATO.
