NATO warns Putin against ‘dirty bomb’ provocation; Russia to drag Ukraine to UN

Russia is set to drag Ukraine to the United Nations Security Council over the possible use of 'dirty bomb'. The head of the Russian Army in a rare telephonic call with his U.S counterpart, once again repeated claims that Ukraine will detonate the weapon of mass destruction soon. Russian Envoy to UN wrote to Secretary General Antonio Guterres to act against Ukraine. Meanwhile, NATO has rejected Russia's claims and warned it against escalating the conflict.
