'Not At War With Russia': NATO Nation Refuses To Send Troops To Ukraine; Calls It 'Dangerous'

Italian Minister Antonio Tajani also declared that Rome is “not at war with Russia” and will not be sending troops to embattled Ukraine. Italy's statement was a response to remarks made by the president of France. Emmanuel Macron hinted at a possible NATO troop deployment to Ukraine. Russia mocked the "rhetoric" and said Kyiv's forces are facing a deplorable situation, and such statements by Macron won't help.
