Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban used his Ankara visit to lock in Turkey’s guarantee that Russian gas and oil will keep flowing to Hungary via the TurkStream route, underlining Budapest’s deep energy dependence on Moscow even as most EU and NATO states try to cut Russian supplies.
