Putin signs 2 decrees offering more incentives to Ukrainians fleeing to Russia

- Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree to allow financial benefits for the people of Ukraine who have fled to Russia since the war began in February. The decree establishes monthly pension payments of 10,000 roubles ($170) for Ukrainians. It also allows Ukrainian passport holders who have entered Russia to live and work in the country indefinitely. Watch this video to know more.
