Putin Takes Oath As Russian Pres; NATO & EU Nations 'Sulk,' Boycott Kremlin Ceremony | Watch

NATO Nations U.S., UK and Germany, Baltic states Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, the Czech Republic and some EU members have boycotted the swearing in of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The grand event is taking place at the Kremlin in Moscow. Ukraine echoed the nations who boycotted the ceremony, saying it doesn't recognize Putin to be the democratically elected president of Russia.
