Russia launched a non-stop missile and rocket barrage on Ukraine, knocking out electricity in 60% of the nation. All nuclear power plants were disconnected. Ukrainians are now struggling to restore power. New satellite image of Ukraine showed how it was blacked out in comparison to a picture taken in the night before the Feb 24 invasion. Meanwhile, Russia reportedly bombed Kherson 17 times in the last 24 hours. 50 prisoners of war were also swapped between Russia and Ukraine.
