Watch: Thousands gather in Iran for General Qassem Soleimani’s funeral

Thousands attended the funeral procession of General Qassem Soleimani in Iran's Ahvaz. People wept as they beat their chests to the sound of Shiite Muslim chants. Soleimani's body will be taken to the Imam Reza shrine in Mashhad. An airstrike ordered by US President Donald Trump killed Soleimani. His death in Iraq further heightened tensions between Tehran & Washington. Iran has vowed 'severe revenge' for the airstrike.
