Ukrainians flee Kherson, snow blankets Kyiv; Belarus FM dies suddenly

Russia's continuous bombardment on the 'freed city' of Kherson has forced civilians to evacuate the area they celebrated just weeks ago. As per Ukrainian forces, 32 people have been killed in Russian shelling, since Vladimir Putin's men abandoned Kherson in South Ukraine. Kyiv witnessed snowfall amid widespread blackouts following Russia's destruction of power grids.
