Hsiung-Feng II, Sky Bow III: Taiwan flaunts missile firepower with eye on China

In a strong message to China, Taiwan conducted military exercises and displayed its missile power. Taiwan's air, sea and land forces, including the coast guard, held a joint missile firing exercise. Taiwan's exercises come close on heels of Beijing conducting military drills near the island. Taiwan flaunted several missiles during the drill including MBDA MICA, Hsiung-Feng II & Sky Bow III. The navy fired the RIM-66 standard missile from the Cheng Kung class frigate warship. The footage showed Taiwan’s air force firing a MBDA MICA missile from a mirage jet. Watch the full video for more.
