‘They may come back & want a deal’: Trump on pulling out of Open Skies treaty

The United States has announced its decision to pull out of the Open Skies treaty. Speaking to the media, US President Donald Trump said that Russia has not adhered to the deal thus forcing the US to withdraw. He added that the countries may want to come back after the US pulls out and want a deal again. The Open Skies treaty allows participating countries to fly their aircraft over each other's territory.
