Just days after Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a phone call with his American counterpart Joe Biden, ministers of the two countries spoke over the phone and discussed the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza. Turkish foreign minister Hakan Fidan told US counterpart Antony Blinken to use American influence and force Israel to sit at the negotiation table after a full ceasefire is implemented, sources told news agency Reuters.
