UK will leave EU with or without a deal: PM Boris in first address to Parliament

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson addressed the House of Commons for the first time after becoming the Prime Minister. In his first address, Boris said that UK will leave EU with or without a deal. Johnson cleared that his team is ready to talk to the European Union whenever they are ready. However, Boris said that he 'would prefer to leave the EU with a deal.'
