Will leave EU on Oct 31, says Boris Johnson as Brexit talks continue

UK PM Boris Johnson commented on the country's scheduled exit from European Union. Johnson said that UK 'will leave EU on October 31'. Johnson also said that 'most people just want to get Brexit done'. Meanwhile, UK's Brexit negotiator arrived at the European Commission. European Commission's spokesperson also commented on the negotiations.
